What is the Study?The Investor Statement Preferences study identifies the elements of the investor statement that are deemed most valuable by customers. This study is intended to help financial services firms identify what information is most critical to their clients.
What Method was Used?Dalbar conducted an online survey with 300 investors over the age of 25 who have an income of at least $50,000 per year and an established relationship with a financial advisor. The vast majority of respondents had investment portfolios worth more than $100,000.
