Bilingual Customer Service EvaluatorYour primary duties will involve conducting and evaluating customer service evaluations for our Service Quality Measurement programs. Inquiries include basic account information such as obtaining an account balance to more involved government plan related inquiries such as requesting information on RRSPs.
