Your primary duties will involve conducting and evaluating customer service evaluations for our Service Quality Measurement programs. Inquiries include basic account information such as obtaining an account balance to more involved government plan related inquiries such as requesting information on RRSPs. The job offers significant room for growth in a supportive small office environment.

- Position available immediately
- 10 Hours/Week during regular business hours
- $15/hour if candidate has CSC or IFIC License

- Bilingual (French & English)
- Strong English writing skills
- Solid knowledge of the financial services industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage projects and follow through on commitments
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while working well under pressure
- CSC/IFIC an asset
Computer Skills
- Excellent working knowledge in a Windows environment
